Fozzy Whitaker

If that were true, why was was CAP inactive, leaving Whittaker as the only option behind Stewart (other than Tolbert)?  I really don't get the insistence on keeping Fozzy active, or even on the team, when we got two young guys behind him that need reps.  He's had one or two good screen plays in his Carolina career, but otherwise has been ENTIRELY underwhelming.

Seemed like a no brainer to put Fozzy in and throw a screen when the Titans were completely selling out.

Whitaker may be in the doghouse after that horrible block in the back penalty last week.

I really don't understand why he's ahead of CAP... CAP is better in pretty much every aspect except receiving and we don't even use Fozzy in the screen game (though we should if he's going to be active anyways) so I don't see why he's ahead of CAP.

If that's true I expect Joe Webb won't see the field next week.  The Swiss Army knife cost us big time today.

Yes, he made a mistake. Cost us big time? We won by 17 points. Good teams overcome penalties.

So we won't be seeing Joe Webb on special teams anymore by this logic, right? :P

Joe Webb has been our most consistent Special Teamer (in coverage at least). He made one mistake this season, but bailed us out multiple times. He's not going to end up in any doghouse. His one mistake just came at a 'costly' time (where we had a big return).

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
    • Proper stud that would look even better if they could upgrade Scott. And get a resemblance of pressure on the QB
