ginn was the missing piece we were missing all last year . hes the only one that can stretch the field . imo if ginn had hands like greg he would be a top 5 wr he burns everyone , runs good routes but his hands are made of stones he prob dropped around 7 extra tds this season. idk about yall but i love having ginn on this team hes proving why he was a former 1st round pick

Ginn is a servicable WR and keeps the speed threat alive. We knew he wasn't J.Rice, but adds the dimension to keep opposing defenses honest. If he can catch two out of four bombs for a TD, i'll take 50%.

This is riddicules. Ginn has 2 important TDs and 79 yards. Yeah, he would be benched for 1 bad drop and 1 drop where a holding interrupted his route and therefore he wasn`t on spot. Give me a break dude!

I am not going to go all Ted Ginn apologist like many here, but suffice it to say that we need him. We especially need him to catch the damned ball.

Don't like the drops either but the team, coaches and Cam still have confidence and he is what we have, nothing can do about it.  Like others are also saying, he is still a threat and teams have to account for it.   Was angry at the "second" drop BUT after replay seeing how it was just out of reach on tip of finger if not for the slight hold and tug the ball it's in his hands.  That penalty had an effect on the play for sure.

He gets open more than any receiver on our roster.  We will have to put up with the drops until we get someone else who can get open and not drop as many.

I really don't understand why any fan that has watched football for 5 years or longer, doesn't understand Ginn. 

The dude is fast, and at this point in his career, he is a very good route runner...which basically means, he gets open often.  

His knock has ALWAYS been his hands. 

So let's stop acting like you don't  know or understand Ted Ginn. 

It's the very reason why I'll never love him. 

Like him, I do. Respect his speed and ability, absolutely.  Love him, never.

IF Ginn could catch, we couldn't have afforded him.  That's just what you get.

 

I can tell you this, we wouldn't be nearly as explosive on O if he wasn't here....drops and all.
