Luke surprises 21 year old girl with cerebral palsy, autism as date to 21st birthday party

Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly is making dreams come true on the football field... and off. 

Jessica Hayes, a 21-year-old who has been featured as one of our Molly's Kids, is one of Luke's biggest fans. Jessica has cerebral palsy, autism, cortical blindness and hydrocephalus, which is an excessive accumulation of fluid in the brain.

She just recently moved to Newton in Catawba County. She lives with her parents, older sister and younger brother and sister.

Thread title was a little misleading.  Reading it I thought Luke had superpowers of some sort and was inflicting diseases on a poor young lady.

Story is just a reminder of how good a group of guys we have on the team.

This is awesome. It's things like this that makes this team different from everyother in the league. We have a group of guys that constantly so awesome things like this. Seems like every week we hear about a panther doing something that's awesome.
