He's probably ok, meaning nothing serious. Likely just pissed they wouldn't let him back in the game. He's probably done for today.

its obviously not 100%, but I would trust the opinion of a Dr. who is watching the games and has an idea of sports injuries and what they look like instead of some randoms fans speculation with no scientific or medical basis besides: "oh that doesn't look good"
