Change.org petition to enforce TB Bucs fan's bet

As many (most?) on this forum know, many years ago just after Cam was drafted, a know-nothing named Jim Folsom posted an article on Bleacher Report saying that Cam would be the biggest overall #1 pick ever and that he would never be as good as The Golden Calf of Bristol.  He even made a bet in that article about if Cam was the starter for the Panthers for the 2016 opener, he would buy a Panther's #1 jersey and stand outside Buc's stadium in his underwear with the jersey.

Well, now there's a Change.org petition demanding BR to make their "writer" pay up... lol.

The derper, Jim Folsom, has responded on Twitter...

Seems like he is still insisting upon conditions not previously agreed upon to pay up.  Not surprising, since he's obviously a loser.  :)))

I'm no lawyer, but I wonder if a public declaration of intent such as that could be considered an oral contract that he would be legally obligated to uphold.

If it was an oral contract, the only way I could see him getting out of it is the underwear part (especially for a fat loser like him) could be considered "public indecency" and you can't legally contract for an illegal act.
