The refs failed the league and are an embarrassment to the NFL

None of these thoughts are wrong. But this thread title and this reaction reminds me of the Saints Report. Bad calls happen all the time. They happen to us all the time. But complaining about calls after wins and some even starting conspiracy theories is a bit much. Just enjoy the win.

Are you serious?  If you don't want take part in the discussion, go eat a snow cone or click on another thread.  Pehaps you should rewatch ODB launching head first and connecting with with his helmet on Normans jaw after the play was over.  You might think that's just an "oh well" moment, but I think it's pure bullshit.

Not even close to the same thing. This is not bitching about bad calls.  This is about refs allowing a player to commit personal foul after personal foul and even hit helmet to helmet after a play is over...and allow them to stay in the game.

This. It's not about missed calls. Although many were "missed".

I liked OBJ as a player from afar up until today.  He is a straight up bitch and i hope OBJ loses that bitchness long enough (so he wont call the cops afterwards) for Norman to see him in the street and stomp his ass.

If you didnt know already, the NFL doesn't give a poo about anything but money.  I could understand the slap on the wrist for the first couple of dust ups, but when he launched helmet first into Norman's jaw/lower helmet area after the play was already over, he not only should've been ejected, but he should be suspended for next game as well.

In summary, fug OBJ in the urethra with a pineapple.  Bitch.

War on JNo!

Today put the NFL in a bad light and Goodell needs to address it. So in the future, we're going to let players stay in the game obviously out to hurt people simply because he's a star? No that shouldn't happen. If the NFL and Goodell have any integrity they will address this issue. Maybe implement 3 personal fouls is an automatic ejection. Something has to be done.

Yeah for all the people vilifying Greg Hardy and Adrian Peterson and Ray Rice, this should go to show you. Nobody cares. If you can play, you will play. This guy was headhunting Josh Norman all game and Coughlin should have sat him but knew he couldn't win without him.

The league should suspend Beckham several games.

I have a feeling Coughlin put him up to it! Notice how Coughlin never stepped in to discipline Him. I think the gameplan was for ODB to get in Normans head, which he did and didn't get ejected!

I've never complained about refs or officials in my entire lifetime, but if they really care about player safety obj should have been ejected and should also be suspended for a couple of games.  Unacceptable and the refs were completely blind.  Cam took some egregious punishment as well.

they've never cared about player safety. The public does so they made up new rules to satisfy the public. But the public also liked watching odell get rekt by norman, so there was a conflict of interest for the league. Ratings or safety?
