Temperatures will drop tonight to 27* with heavy ice and freezing rain.  Tomorrow high will only be 29* with ice converting to snow Friday night and temperatures dropping to 22*.

Right now we projected to get almost 2 inches of ice and freezing rain and about about 0.5-1.0 inch of snow.

Update:

As some predicted, the storm moved farther Southeast and the Charlotte will get the whole furry of it...  Charlotte now expected to get around 1 inch of solid ice with wind gusts up to 25mph and average temperatures tomorrow of 29*.  Expect massive power outages throughout the area... To make matters worse, Friday night to Saturday we'll get 1-2 inches of snow and temperatures in low 20s...

I really hope this doesn't happen.  Can you imagine being without power when Sunday rolls around?

Considering that the storm is only 10 hours away, the error margin is small.  It actually can push even farther Southeast... Fingers crossed that's not the case.

    • I dont think people realize how hard it is to find a consistent starting QB in the NFL. Byrce will not heart us to a SB but I do think he can manage to get us one or close..go all in on defense and change the Offensive passing game and play calls. I really think our biggest problem is our HC.  Take New Orleans QB for example, switch him and Bryce and I promise you it'll look similar or worse. New Orleans OC is levels ahead of Canales. And as far as the draft goes, in this division with as much rb talent as we face ..the answer...this guy:    Pick up a couple edge rushers in FA along with a corner and plug this guy in Rozeboom's spot. Defense solved. But only if we get a top tier rusher on that dline....jus saying
    • I think I'm going to the game in Los Angeles vs Paraguay, and the England / Croatia game here in Dallas since my mom is British.  For decent seats anywhere in the building(s) it looks like it will be upwards of $7k for the two games.  Insane. Just for perspective, you could buy field level EPL tickets for any one of the top sides in the league, and it would be 10% of the price you'll pay for crappy seats at the World Cup.
    • Meh… I knew this thread would turn into a Bryce/Tua comparison, when they couldn’t be further apart situations.   Dolphins catered there whole offense toward Tua, they brought in a coach that would run a Tua friendly offense, the went in got the best most explosive WR in the NFL and paired him the fastest WR in that years draft. Panthers have done the opposite, they went and got a Pete Carroll disciple who likes to run the ball under center, they drafted big slow WR who got little separation in college. Literally the polar opposite of Bryce’s scouting report coming out of Alabama.   Tua was a decent QB 2 years ago, but the concussions, lack of movement have caught up to him. He never had a great arm to begin with but now since he doesn’t want to get hit he’s taking the whole offense down with him.
