fug their defense. Ours this year even with TD with a broken arm, Harper with one eye, Robert McClain and Cortland Finnegan couch signing is fuging better than theirs. Overrated bums over there, Cam's gonna work on them.

Patriots fired their Oline Coach. their fricking LT was a statue out there. Ware consistently ran right around him, other times he wasn't even blocked.

Their LT got hurt early in the season so that was some bum backup but yeah they were terrible. Not sure it was the coach's fault, they just didn't have much talent on the line...

Obviously they saw something on film with NE's OT's. However if you give Cam those running lanes, he'll have 200 yards rushing. They're gonna have 11 guys to account for and that's the problem Cam creates, you can't double team anyone. He's gonna read it and expose it, it's like having an extra player on offense.

I knew the media was going to do this.  They knew that Manning is so washed up now that it would be beyond credibility to speak of him to hype this thing up, so over the next few weeks we're gonna see these bull poo comparisons to the '85 bears, '00 ravens and '13 seahawks, and before you know it von miller is lawrence taylor.

'#1 offense vs #1 defense, and we all know what happened last time hehe'

Patriots had the worst playoff O-line in years and years and even in denver they were one missed xp from going OT at minimum.

This super duper elite defense gave up 20+ points in 8 games.  We only gave up that many in 7 games, including the stretch where Luke was out.

Anyone think noodle arm can score 20+ on the most turnover opportunistic defense in the NFL by a wide margin?

The only way this is even close is if we commit multiple turnovers well on our side of the field.  Media will pretend otherwise with these exaggerations to hype up manning's legacy

The Patriots did pretty well to get as far as they did with all their injuries and Oline shuffling.  I read that they had something like 13 different Oline combinations this season.  YIKES.  We know a little bit about that with our 7 or 8 Oline combinations early last season....  So, I'm not sure their bad play is all due to coaching or talent.  As we've seen up close & personal, continuity & chemistry is huge on an Oline.

Well the Pats 13 different o-line combinations was only partially because of injuries. They were intentionally rotating guys constantly based on different packages and types of plays they were running so the players never could develop great chemistry with each other, which is the most crucial aspect to the o-line. As for getting as far as they did, their D is a really solid unit on every level. And really the only weakness on offense was the o-line. Edelman, Amendola, Gronk, James White, LaFell is a really solid receiving group, especially for the scheme they run. Yeah they had no run game but they never really have as that's more due to their ideology rather than them not having the players. Their run game is short passes around the line of scrimmage getting their playmakers in space. Has always been like that, and that's why Brady's stats are always so "pretty."
