This is quite possibly the most epic picture of Rivera..

i was in high school.  I remember it very well.

Loved Walter Payton. Still consider him the greatest runningback ever.

I'm a Sanders man. That dude was fuging unbelievably good. Too bad he got stuck in Detroit.

If we win on Sunday we will have an owner that played in and won a Superbowl, a coach that played in and won a Superbowl and a team that played in and won a Superbowl.

No team will ever repeat that.

Actually Jerry Richardson was on the 1959 Baltimore Colt Championship team.  Caught a TD from my Hero Johnny Unitas.  Super Bowl 1 was 8 years later.

I was born in 86, so I don't have memories of all this happening. The 30 for 30 definitely tainted my view of Ditka.

It made Ditka look like he was basically riding the coat tail of Buddy Ryan maybe that's how it really was

I had not known much about Jim McMahon until I seen the 30 for 30 I liked the insight there but there was nothing on Rivera its weird that out of all the players on that team Rivera is making the best coach, you'd think Singletary would have been a good one

Loved Sanders.  Still do.

But I don't think any other back ever had the total package like Payton did.

Doesn't get tossed around that much as he played for some bad teams, on the West Coast, and never made a SB,  but LT is one of the best "total package" RB's I have ever seen.

Blocking, health, running, vision, catching, red zone, etc....that guy was a beast for a long time.
