Well.... if it hasn't hit you that the 2015 Panthers season is REALLY REALLY over.  These powerful & poignant photos will do the trick.

Wonderful set of shots by Melissa Melvin-Rodriguez.

It's perfect that they're in black & white.. somehow fitting the occasion.  The starkness of a season ending.

The team friendship & chemistry oozes out of the pictures.  Guys sitting chilling.  Signing one anothers' jerseys...., hugging.

Here are a few shots:

Bersin:

WR Brenton Bersin

Tre & Ed:

TE Ed Dickson and S Tre Boston

Cam signs for two of the rooks (Cox & Byrd)

QB Cam Newton, DE Rakim Cox and WR Damiere Byrd

These are really good.  Guys like Cam, Greg, Luke know they'll be back next year.  But Bersin sitting in his locker soaking it all in knowing in the back of his head this could be his last time sitting in a NFL locker room.  Same for Cox and Byrd they might next be in the same locker room as Cam again.

    • Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game
    • I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
    • Certainly not going to miss his constant whiffs on sacks and tackles.
