Selling a house

So I'm in a process of selling my house but I do not like anything in the area I'm looking...  Is there a place I can store all my furniture, electronics and etc?  I might have to live in apartments for few months and I'm sure there won't be enough room for all my crap.

A storage unit would be your best bet.

Moving is a good time to go through the closets and garage and donate the things you haven't used for awhile.

Take whatever you need to the apartment and the rest to the storage unit.

Might want to consider a climate controlled unit.  Summer is coming.

Make sure wherever you build there are no pyromaniacs.

POD is usually a lot more expensive than a standard storage unit. Not all storage units are created equal. shop around and find one with good security and climate control.

1. Massive yard sale- ask the neighbors if they want to join in and make it a neighborhood yard sale. Couple adds and some signs and you'll have people lined up to buy your poo.

2. A POD in the driveway is as good as a billboard that says, "Hey, come break into this house if it gets too cold for you homeless dudes..."

I work in Ballantyne and both of my kids go to daycare in Ballantyne...  It's very inconvenient where I live right now.

Well, I'm not regretting considering mint hill home values increased at much higher rates than Ballantyne.  :p

But why move from one place (Mecklenburg County) where you're paying the highest real estate taxes in the state to another place where you'll pay higher real estate costs and, subsequently, higher real estate taxes?

So I don't have to commute 50 minutes one way everyday
