One week left on the 2015 Panthers squad

The squad that was assembled beginning this time last year gave us what I'm sure most will agree was the most entertaining season of Panthers football ever.

But one week from now, that roster starts getting shuffled.

The questions of who stays, who goes and who joins up will start being answered.

I'd caution anybody hoping  for a big early splash to temper their expectations. That's not how this team operates. Now that isn't to say that we won't sign someone early, but it's more likely if we do it'll be someone you have to google.

In the meantime, thanks for the memories, guys. You were a lot of fun to watch, and win or (occasionally) lose, you always gave it everything you had.

Here's hoping the next edition of the Panthers provides us just as much excitement, fun and jubilation...

...maybe even more.

Of course this also means seven days until someone starts freaking out because we haven't signed all the free agents in the first 60 minutes.

Pretty sure PanthersUnited was one of those last season.

I have hope that some of the Chicken Littles from previous years will have learned their lesson and to maybe just maybe trust Gettleman.

Nahhhhh won't happen.

hopefully by this point in G-Man's tenure everyone has learned how we operate and there will be fewer freakouts (who am I kidding? Huddle gonna Huddle)

I'm damn excited to get KB back. I think Shaq will really beast out next year too, having a full year under his belt. The draft can't get here fast enough.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27
    • Your intelligence is artificial.
    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
