Independent Tribune Sports Writer Would Trade Kuechly to get Derrick Henry

Why stop at Luke? Might as well throw in Cam, too. You don't need a QB when you draft Derrick Henry. Just snap him the ball and let the TDs pile up. And then you'd have extra cap space to use on the really important positions like the vacant punter spot.

Oh wait, let Henry do that too. It makes too much sense, can't believe no one brought it up before.

Well after all, Henry is a 'can't miss' RB, just like Ki-Jana Carter and Trent Richardson (and the list goes on....).

I don't believe anyone has called him that. He's not even considered a 1st round pick by all.

I don't think I'd trade Luke for any other player already in the NFL, much less a unproven draftee. A couple hundred of these kids look great right out of college. Once they step onto an NFL field, though, we might be talking tens of them that can really compete.

Yeah, let's not waste any more time on this guy hitting his word and click counts for the week.

" If it were my team, I’d even toss in Mike Tolbert along with Kuechly to draft Henry. "

2 pro-bowlers for an unknown running back that will most likely not go on the first day...I'm sooo glad this is not his team.

I wouldn't trade Luke for any (proven) player in the NFL. Cam is the only one I'd consider, and we already have him.

What city/state is this paper located?

the guy obviously doesn't know what he's talking about but he has succeeded in self branding with a scorching hot take that is going to get plenty of clicks - even if it's people just reading it to see if he included anything else asinine.

Welcome to the new world of media. Journalists create news instead of report it, get away with saying things on Twitter they would never say to someone's face, and speculate on social media so their followers can misinterpret and argue with green Twitter eggs.
