Happy 27th Birthday Cam!!!: A look into Panthers Super Bowl window...

What a great day it is that our franchise QB is celebrating his 27th birthday or is it....it kinda dawned on me that Cam is getting older(I know like wtf, how could I not see that coming!) So here's my question what is the Panthers Super Bowl window looking like and how will that affect personel or play calling in the future years?

I feel pretty confident that by the time he stops running, his mental and pocket passing will keep him at the top. I can't wait to see his stats this year. Remember last season, he said he wanted to complete over 65% of his passes but only finished at 59.8%. After the bye week he was at 61.2% and for the final 8 weeks he was 65.9%. With KB being back and an experienced Funchess, I feel he can hit 65% for the season in 2016.

Right now there is a 8 year window. Cam will be 35 by then. If we can win 4 superbowls out of those 8 years l would be ecstatic. I think my prediction is very possible.

To be honest if we win one in that time span I would be content seeing how even the best players are lucky to even achieve that....

1989 was a great year. The year produced some greats. I'm 27 myself, can't believe I'm older than dude haha.

Happy Birthday Cam! As for a window; I believe Cam will still be able to run well for another 3-4 years. After that, there's no reason to believe he won't be able to carry us with his passing. He's done it so much already, and he'll continue to get better. As long as Cam is playing, we'll be a threat and in contention

Happy Birthday, Cam!!!

You're right, Kakarot that 1989 was a great year. I'll be 27 next month.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
