Trai Turner press conference today - Confidence & Humility

Just finished watching Trai Turner's press availability today

So impressed with Trai.

Incredibly articulate.   Love his attitude.  He understands the importance of having fun.  He's got good perspective on SB loss.  He's got a lot of confidence - can't wait to go up against perhaps the best interior Dline in the league during training camp to "kick some butt" but knowing their excellence will make him and the Oline better.

Acknowledges the success he's had, sounds very confident, yet also incredibly humble.  Knows he's only 23 and still has so much to learn.  "I'm only 23, so I'm watching everybody" was his response when asked what other guards he watches and respects.  (He did mention Marshall Yanda specifically.)

Seriously, the guys our Front Office keeps finding.... such talent and yet such character.  It totally pumps me up as a fan.  These are guys I can truly get behind and root for with all my heart.

why don't we use "incredibly articulate" to describe an Olsen or Kalil interview?

Oh, but I would.  They are....

I used it for Trai primarily because he is so young.  To be that poised and handle questions from the press with such maturity at 23.  That's pretty awesome.

Olsen:  "Greg Olsen is as smart and as articulate a player as they come in the NFL, so it's never any surprise to hear him comment on his future with well-thought out words that make perfect sense. "

To Kalil: " You are obviously blessed with an incredible ability to articulate and express you ideas in a provoking manner." - Sorry for the verb form

*Bersin is a real heady player.  Hard worker.  Great teammate and locker room guy.  Uses smarts to compensate for lack of athleticism.*

There, now the thread is racially balanced.

We also hear from Kalil and Olsen so much more frequently. A lot of fans might not know anything about Trai. I don't think ive heard him speak before.
