I'd agree, but everything I've read about him says he's only willing to sign for a starting job. Is that available here?

A big reason why he doesn't have a job now it's because a lot of teams are skeptical he can do it.

His history is pretty much just last year, he played 3 straight seasons before that without missing a game. And he's had offers already, just taking his time.

In a perfect world, he would sign for a reasonable deal and overtake Remmers for the starting RT job. Unfortunately, this isn't a perfect world, and I don't see either of those things happening.

Is that what the Jags offered? Sounds like he's looking for a good deal, and not just some team to pull him out of the cast off FA pile. Maybe he'd also like to play for a good team ....
