Idiotic. This team wasn't distracted. They jumped out to a 10-0 lead and dominated the state sheet in the first half. This issue didn't distract the team, but the protests did likely keep the players who live in uptown awake at night.  That said, there is plenty of reason why people should have a reason to be pissed off and as long as they don't burn, loot, or break anything, they have EVERY RIGHT as Americans to protest.
