What was the largest issue today?

[The Question]

First off, no I don't think the sky is falling and I don't think these issues are unsolvable within the next couple weeks but after being a fan for 14+ years this is one of the more disappointing losses I can remember. Maybe it's due to my expectations but overall I'd like for you all to choose one and maybe elaborate because I'm dumbfounded...

- Offensive Line play

-Cam Holding the ball too long

- Offensive play selection (no slants, no toss ups to kelvin, too many screens, etc)

-Receivers not getting separation

- Cam overthrowing on the long balls

- Bad coverage in the second half, leaving tight ends way too open between zones)

- Lack of pressure from the ends

- Stewart being out (Although I don't think we win this game with him healthy)

- Penalty calls (whether correct or not) or lack their of for the Vikings)

-ZERO half time adjustment after a lack luster but not horrible production on offense in the first half

Was it just a bad day? What the hell is going on here guys?

Coaching. Too many Undisciplined penalties are killing this team. That falls on the coaching staff.  Shula once again called a horrendous game.

I feel like Shula is too easy of an answer but sometime the easiest answer is the right one. I just don't understand how he can call a game so well one week but not be able to adjust to shorter routes on the tree next week to burn them underneath.

Shula's playcalling wasn't great. He has a hard time figuring out what the defense is trying to do, or take away, and then exploit their adjustment. 

But I really wish Cam would embrace his inner running back a little more.

Just seemed not ready, thus the lack of execution, tons of penalties, etc.

By the time the second half began, the whole team looked lackluster.

Singling out one player is pointless.

It doesn't help we've been outcoached at times 3 weeks in a row either.

I must say, that the first possession of the 2nd half has always been awful but today even the announcers commented on how empty the joint was and how little energy was in the building as they marched down the field.
