That's why the Beliecheat has 4 rings, and Elway has 1.

Steelers, perennial winners. Rarely sign high priced FA, prefer to sign their own. Same with the Pack, Pats, or the Hawks. Go spend your money elsewhere.

This is the first year Gman had money to play with. Making a definitive judgement after one sample is rather short sighted.

Would like to know who these "big name free agent" are. Not that I don't trust you or anything.

Oh that's where you are wrong again. First off Steelers haven't won anything in 7 going on 8 years.

I already told you who the pats signed, the Broncos there whole team was made up free agents. The Seahawks signed or traded for Avril, Bennett, and Harvin. The Ravens traded for Bolden, signed Jones and McKinney. Even traditional teams like the Giants and Packers made some moves in there SB winning years. Giants signed Rolle and the packers signed Woodson, both pro bowl caliber DB's.

How long are you gonna use the salary cap excuse? even last year when he had some cap space we decided not sign Michael Crabtree.

Philly and the "Dream Team". Redskins spend money all the time. Miami tried it. Cowboys do it. Raiders never made it work. Teams spend. Once and a while it works. Odds are against it. But you hang your hat on it.

Fun fact #1. The tried and true model to winning in the NFL? Draft well, keep the right players. Fill in holes with FA.

Fun fact #2. Since Cam stood on the sidelines and watched Peyton carve us up in 12. We are 44-17-1.

I am not going to let a 1-3 start ruin my giddy.

Oh but wait Hubby. We ain't wun us none o them thar SuperB Owls. Have patience Grasshopper. Your future is bright.

Deflection 101 by Gettleman fanboys. Brings up bad teams that spend in free agency, completely avoids the good one that actually won Super Bowls.

We had patience with Hurney, it got us no where. Now we are wasting a one in a generation QB prime years cause our penny pinching GM. And he has fanboys willing to throw the entire team coaching staff under the bus just to save his name.

Yeah, that's me.

Nevermind I bleed black.and blue, and have no problem ripping anyone deserving.

Keep dreaming.

If you aren't ranting and raving, and constantly bashing Gman. You may be a Gman fanboy.

If you have even one good thing to say about Gman. You may be in denial.

Ah the logic of the Gman haters. I ain't happy, so you must be unhappy too. And I will do everything in my power to make you as miserable as I am.

When have the Colts loaded money into their O-line? Their O-line has been one of the worst for years and have hardly put ANY money into it. I actually love their WR's, and when the Colts finally decide to draft or put in a lot of money on the O-line, watch out.

Yikes.

There are some people here that have just started following the NFL

"When the Colts decide to draft the OL"

Their starting OL has 2 first rounders and a 2nd rounder on it with this years 3rd rounder as a backup to one of the other guys.  Very few of any teams can say they have invested heavily sided into the OL.

Only other team to focus that hard to OL compared to the rest of the team is Miami with 3 first rounders and a top tier free agent OT who was a former top 15 drafted and probowler prior to signing.

I'm not denigrating the point of what you're saying, but I find it funny that what you're saying we should have done (stack O, ignore D) is basically what the Colts have done with Luck and yet they're still wasting the QBs talent.

oh ok so i guess that makes it alright then...

    • Immediately cast blame? We had been talking about the bad throws to Hunter (the missed TDs and hospital ball) for days leading up to that injury report.   And yeah, the rib injury then becomes something to point out.  and you are getting desperate with this projected extremism.  No one  said you should never throw seams.  I shared with you an article after you scoffed at seams being routes you can get hung out to dry on….and it was the best of the best talking about the dangers of those routes.   And they talked about it because they threw them a lot and there dudes were at risk so the throws really matter.  Because you can hurt your receivers.  we disagree, cool.  I got a pro Bryce former NFL QB calling it a hospital ball and bad throw.  So I got a plus +1 making my argument.  Find a QB that backs your take.
    • You exclusively highlighted Hunter's name on the injury report and then immediately cast blame. I've pointed out that this wasn't the hospital ball you claim it to be while also acknowledging that there could have been another option to target instead of Renfrow. By everything you've expressed here, you don't think seam routes should ever be thrown. I don't know how that helps the already struggling offense, but I do know that it would make it even worse than it already is. Scapegoating never has and never will solve anything. Tell you what: Try not blaming Bryce or casting shade his way for the entire week after Arizona and instead look at the other 21 starters and assess what they're doing (again, without shading Bryce). I'll join you and refrain from exploring what the rest of the team is doing and will focus solely on what Bryce needs to do better. Deal? This is a sincere peace offering to allow us to explore the other's perspective and perhaps be even more informed football fans.
    • TMac PI throw was a TD too.  Bryce just drastically under threw it.  Renfrow and TMac set themselves up to BOTH have great days.   the story of last of no one was open…..isn’t a defense the Bryce Young defenders can use so far this year
