Idk if its Rivera, Gettleman or whoever but something or someone has to be held accountable for this huge drop.  Lets see how we finish out I guess but hopefully changes are made at the player and management/coaching level.

We will finish 4-12

I love it when the guys show personality. They show all kinds of personality last year and I have never had so much fun, getting to share their joy. I don't want to watch a bunch of robots playing football. That seems to be what the NFL wants, though, and is probably a lot of the reason why the ratings are down.

This is exactly why he's gotta go.  His ONE saving grace, the only thing he had going for him was his players played hard for him.  He was a motivator.  It sure as poo wasn't his football coaching skills. Game management, player evaluations, coordinator management, situational awareness and adjustment, all of that he hasn't improved on in the slightest.  Still absolutely terrible.  Without the one trick he had, he's a waste of time.

You nailed it!!!!

You don't get it.

Some people of, let us say, a certain "philosophy" would rather lose with "lunch pail guys" then win with "divas".

*wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*

Is Trai a white guy now or are you just over eager to call someone a racist?

The trust issues Ron has with Kony Ealy continue.

He was talking about Ealy messing up his responsibility again that led to a big play for a TD. That is why Jared Allen is missed.

When he mentioned the guy who failed to rotate down and to the outside he was speaking of Bradberry. That is why Norman and Tillman are missed.

All these people like to hold players accountable and want them to give 110%.

Does Ron give us 110% when he's coaching?

Does Gettleman give us 110% as a GM?

Does Jerry Richardson give it 110% as the owner?

It all starts at the top and the top has failed miserably

This!!! You don't seen the team giving it everything anymore because the coaches and FO aren't giving it everything anymore. As much as people wanna talk about how the team feeds off of the quarterback, they ultimately get that from the staff. They haven't gotten it all season. Mission aborted, ship abandoned. It's like going to work for a boss who expects you to come early and leave late while they half ass around. Same situation with the Panthers. So naturally, you have guys just flat out giving up. Some gave up 3 weeks ago. Some are at that point now. It happens when your work environment has  become this.

    • I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂
    • Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖
    • take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
