If your offensive line can't block like ours could not do in the Super Bowl then what the fug good is changing the offense up any going to do ? Does changing the offense up involve giving more skill to Mike Remmers ? Does it prevent Stewart from getting hurt before the half ?

Use your brains people . The offense looks like poo so the easiest thing to say is the OC needs to be fired ... its deeper than that

I mean yeah in sports, if something is failing under your leadership you get fired

Our oline is an excuse I'm sorry its an excuse. That oline got us to the SB. You know the 3-4 is weaker against the run, we had one of the best rushing attacks. We get down and Shula went pass pass pass pass. We should have did more 3 RB read option which made DE's think before they react. It killed defenses all year long. All Denver DE's did was pin their ears back and rush the passer and shula let his offensive tackles go one on one against their best rushers

Shula needs to be removed cause he doesn't know how to adjust CRA. Thats why that comment is a problem. They adjust to your scheme, so you adjust your offense. You can have whoever, but if the defense know what you're going to run and even the audibles it means nothing. 2nd game against Atlanta last season was brushed off when really it just opened others up to follow

seems like the most influential factor here is the extent to which gettleman has control over or gives a fug about what ron rivera wants

From everything I've seen, I'd say on the topic of coaching staff Gettleman defers to Rivera completely. Heck, he wouldn't force Rivera to let go of Richard Rodgers even when our special teams was the worst in the league.

Gettleman has shown a willingness to let go of players, but at least so far not coaches or staff.

If he's faced with needing to make a decision like that, I'm not sure what happens.

Nothing will change, I think the fans are the only ones that expected wins this season.

What if the Broncos defense was just better than our offense and no "change ups" by our staff would have made a difference

Hell, changing up from what we do best would have made us look even worse on Super Bowl Sunday, we weren't even executing an offense that we didn't even change up, who's that an indictment of

Our offensive line couldn't contain the Broncos rush, period, and our workhorse back got injured

The problem lays at Rivera and Shula feet..how many teams have more than 1 running back..with Stewart being out for 2 games probability of him getting hurt should have been enough of an alarm to get someone else ready..If Payne can not run then why did you pick him..perfect time for him to show what he had plus no real tape on him ...Tired of every other team 2nd and 3rd string backs going ham while ours neva see the field..it's crazy..they had plenty of time to get payne ready...Tolbert had no business playing had not done anything positive all year long..Preparation and film study did not seem Shula and Rivera did much..Denver was the number 1 defense that means they are good at preparing for what you have..we did nothing new and new Remmetrs had been suspect all year..Denver has studs for DEs. A plan should been devise just for them..not to mention their DBs were better than what we had faced alot more physical..our weak receivers were not going to beat them ..the win would have to be ground attack..should have prepared Payne, Cam and Whitaker . .We lost the SB because we were out coached, and it has carried over to this season..You can not say you can not win with these players bc you already have meaning that the skill is there but you have to be able to know your opponent and devise a plan to counter..Denver played no different than they had all yr hungry and mean...We came in soft should have ran the ball down there throat hell Cam was gettimg beat up might as well let him unleash some of his blows and played power football...this yr was the same run the ball we would have won too. You have an alpro center, guard, qb and norwell use them and let Denver know why.
