Our season is over soooooooooo is anyone watching his bowl performance vs UNC, I can't recall the least time I've seen a college player dominate like this. If he keeps this up he may play himself out of our range ( If he hasn't already) but hot damn a man can hope.

Don't look now, but Derek Barnett is showing out too.

 

I still like him over Thomas. Thomas was unreal today and I think he has the potential to be a good pro, but I think Barnett has the chance to be a dominant edge rusher. I don't think that's what Thomas is. I think he's a really good player who will be really stout against the run and be able to rush the passer, but he's not a guy that's gonna scare opposing NFL offenses IMO. I wouldn't take him in the top 10. I'd take Barnett in the top 10.

And now Derek Barnett just passed Reggie White for the Tenn school record for sacks at 33. This draft is gonna have a lot of talented edge rushers.

Derek Barnett is having a very good game as well. Has a sack and 5 QB hits. Would not mind double dipping on DL then going offense rest of the way

I think Thomas is more of a 3T, people would lose their minds if we took another DT early. Barnett is a perfect fit though.
