McDermott? No idea.

Only thing I can recall reading about McDermott's temperament was that he used to get pissed at Josh Norman when he'd freelance instead of following his assignment.

Agreed. I tend to think defensive guys are often more fiery than offensive guys but Rivera keeps it pretty tightly wrapped at.least in public. McDermott seems to be an unknown in many areas even after being here for 5 years. Still everything I have read is that he is taking a thoughtful approach to organizing his staff. 

As for Dorsey, he did run a WCO type offense in Miami when he played there

Sean doesn't want Shula? Everybody is getting opportunities except Shula. I'll drive him myself to wherever he is called.

My best guess is we hire an experienced QB coach that has the potential to be promoted to OC if need be. I can see Shula getting the boot if we start out slow on offense again and we promote whomever we hire as QB's coach to OC.

We keep wishing, but I guess we should face reality. Nobody wants Shula but the Carolina Panthers. We are stuck until further notice.
