I've really wanted him as OC for a while. Wish we would kick Shula to the curb and hire Clements.

Clements actually wasn't especially successful as an OC, and that was with Aaron Rodgers.

He's still considered a top flight QB coach though.

Since he became OC in 2012 and then Assistant HC in 2015, Packers have been in the top 10 in scoring 4 times in the past 5 seasons. Three of those were top 5, with the 2014 season at number one. 

Since 2013 with Shula as OC, we've been 15th or worse 3 of the last 4 seasons.
