Two different situations.  I'm sure Cam would run after him as well.

Cam chased the Chargers defender all the way down the field on that pick in the end zone that KB bitched out on. That was a meaningless game, so yeah.   I agree with you.  Whoever made that graphic is an idiot

I will never criticize Cam for that play, idc what anyone says.  He has shown heart and effort plenty through his career.  His OL was getting the poo beat out of him all night, the refs were screwing us over, his receivers wouldn't get open, and his coaches wouldn't adjust...  and that play, another result of poor protection and coaching, he had no leverage.  That is the same kind of play that Drew Brees tore his labrum on.  The defender was already lower to the ground and near the ball, Cam was falling back, and that entire unit was coming downhill, as they had been all night.

But, of course, that thing called reason can't get in the way of blind hate, so no point in arguing with them and their hero with deflated balls and cheating scandals all through his history.

Hmm let's see, one situation could result in a career ender, the other situation could result with nothing but a bruised ego. People see what they want to see when it comes to Cam.

And WTF is he even comparing the two anyway? They didn't even play against each other. Put a Matt Ryan pic up there, that would have been more relevant.

The only difference between these two plays is that The first play the same result would have happened with both Cam and Brady. Don't see Brady jumping into that.. The second play however would be different because Cam would have ran down Alford unlike Brady whiffing.

fug the Cam haters.

How the hell do people still not understand what went on on that play? Cam was trying to recover the fumble the whole time and in the moment thought his best chance to recover the ball was after it bounced out with others jumping in, like the first fumble he had. And the ball did end up popping out like he expected and prepared for, just in a slightly different direction allowing Denver to recover. At the time I was pissed because I thought he gave up on the play but that's just not what happened at all.

I like Tom brady but why is everyone so ready to throw Cam under a bus...Thats when you know you have reached stardom when everyone nick picks at evetything you do...to say Cam does not have heart and not a winner is absolutely absurd..no one knows what he was thinking at that moment..so many times i have seen a person dive on the ball only for it to roll right out of there grasp..to me i think Cam was thinking of picking ball up snd trying to mske something out of it..put thats just my version..

    • No saying he mostly sucks is saying that he doesn’t suck the minority of the time.   Like if he took 17 tests and had a couple of really good showings and a handful of pretty good scores sprinkled in among the typical sub par results.   Like a golfer who went out and shot an 89.  There will be some real nice shots sprinkled in there but at the end of the day it is still 89.
    • It's worth mentioning... Game 1: Oct 11 in Raleigh. 4-3 OT win with a complete starting lineup. Game 2: Dec 13 in Philly. 4-3 SO win without Jaccob Slavin. Game 3: Dec 14 in Raleigh. 3-2 SO win with a complete starting lineup. Game 4: Apr 13 in Philly. 3-2 SO loss with the AHL roster.  Those early season games were no indication of the Canes team that finished the season. Miller and Ehlers were still trying to figure things out, Nikishin was still a work in progress and the Stankoven line was just another line. Make no mistake, the Canes team Philly will see is nothing close to what they saw at any point in the season. If the top line starts producing, Freddie stays hot and the blue line does what it does, this could be a sweep as well.
