Half Australian Shepard and half Springer Spaniel.

I honestly thought that this thread was going to be about suggesting that the Panthers trade with the Browns our 8 round pick for their 12 and second round, third round pick in a deep draft. Instead I read giving up three of ours for the #1 overall..  Jesus.

If Garrett is a bust in that senario that will mess up our team building of young talent in a bad way. Putting all your eggs in a Garrett basket is asking for trouble in my opinion he'd have to be a world beater to justify giving up that much draft capital for.
I think its like what many have mentioned already , if we trade with the Browns it will be a trade down with our #8 for their #12 and their R2P1. For example in this senario, the Panthers might pick up OJ Howard at #12 , then trade back up (using R2P1 and R2P8) to pick 20-something to get either McCaffrey or Ross. Some other possibility picks with this browns trade down senario : Fournette + Ross , Cook + T.Charlton , D.Barnett + Ross , etc.
