Best BBQ in Charlotte?

Got a friend in town looking for some BBQ. Any recommendations?

Mac's Speed Shop...there's a a few locations around here...if u factor in the environment as well, it's without a doubt the best BBQ spot in this area

Lexington is the chopped all to hell meat that I'm not a big fan of

 

Sauceman's was a block from my old office and thought it was pretty good. Better than Macs IMO

I never had Midwood Smokehouse but have heard good things.

JD's Smokehouse BBQ in Connelly Springs.  Exit 113 on I-40. The best in NC.
