Would you be in favor of this trade with the titans? More scenarios and a poll added

The titans have picks 5 and 17 but no 2nd rounders and dont have another pick until 100 comes up.

The trade chart shows we could trade 40,64,98,115 and 192 for pick 17. 

Why it works for us? 2 first rounders. Plus Gettleman probably  couldn't care less about our 4th round pick and beyond in the grand scheme of things, given his track record after round 3.

Why it works for them, they acquire 2 2nd rounders, a comp 3rd and 4th and 6th round pick. Where as they have no 2nd and their only 3rd is a comp pick.

Of course it depends on who's there at 17 but I could see this making some sense.

17 would be a very nice spot to jump back into the first at, leapfrog TB.

Grab Ross at 17 plus our guy at 8 and I'm content with that

So you're willing to suggest this class is so deep we will buck the trend and come away with more than 2 good starters? Thats the precedent we've gotten out of Gettleman  in years past.

So why not hedge your bets if the right guy is there at 17?
