Gettleman Did point out Kpassagnon at the senior bowl, think we end up with him at some point. Just spells a gettleman guy

Yep, Kpassagnon and Howard were the two guys he specifically mentioned and Howard was in play at #8. If I had to put money on a guy at #40, it would probably be Kpassagnon. Gettlemen loves pass rushers and hog mollies and Kpassagnon is both.

I think there's virtually zero chance that we don't draft a DE tonight. Our DE corps is old. I like our rotation this year, but talent to build around there is virtually non-existent currently. We can afford to take a raw talent because we can essentially give a kid a redshirt year this season at DE if need be.

I woudnt put it at 40 but at 64. No one is projecting him until the 3rd.

Really could see him fall to mid 3rd and gettleman trade up and jump all over him

Havent looked much into him, but as much as I like Obi or Budda tonight, the NFLN reporter in Charlotte earlier said a source told her that we are still looking to give Cam help on Day Two, and she specifically mentioned OL, WR, and pass rushers, in that order.  So, there is that...

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
