Poor guy. Here's hoping he recovers quickly. I hate injuries. How did it happen?

I'm guessing something happened in mini camp but what-ev....guess they'll have to slide Strieff over or shift Peat out from Guard, either way our Dline should feast.

Not expressing any such feelings towards the saints. No team was upset over our injuries last season.

Ouch. So, the absolute best case scenario has him missing the first five weeks of the regular season. I assume he'll start out on PUP and then they'll reevaluate and possibly put him on the IR with designation to return.

Man, that sucks for Armstead. And the Saints. Hope he recovers fully, although, if it took 6 months, wouldn't mind that.

Every season a certain amount of luck plays a part in teams' success or lack of, and injuries are a big part of this category. All you can do is cross your fingers and do your best to have the highest quality backups you can round up and sign. 

We're due for some good luck, injury wise, but luck don't care what happened last year, so keep those fingers crossed.
