RB Christian McCaffrey's Run During Training Camp

I love the way CMC has described his running style...Patience...Vision...Burst.  I don't believe this can be taught, it has to be innate because it happens so quickly.  Fox wanted Double Trouble to hit the hole without any hesitation.  A couple yard gain is better than a loss. Good  thing he's not here now.  I'm looking forward to seeing him bounce out of scrums for twenty yard gains.

Christian McCaffrey is on another world.

At first, I merely assumed Luke or TD could've lit him up had this been a contact drill. However, the closer I look at this footage, the more it reminds me of the way he juked LBs in college like they were nothing.

Those little quick cuts, how fast he drops his weight and just bursts through holes and cuts right through traffic. I can't wait to see him go hard this year.

He would have been tackled so early on this play by  a LB.... wait till hitting starts....

Ya'll need to take CMC dic out your mouths right now. Wait before you crown him. LOL I love being a panther fan but some how many fans over hype our players beyond the moon

He just posted a video of our 1st round pick from TC. Nobody is being overhyped.

you clearly see 5 defenders pull off and let him go. They are working on plays and reads. I guess if you want to be pumped, be happy that he hit the hole and that Luke and TD didn't end his season.

Notice how I never did deny that these defenders would've lit him up. I just say the way he ran reminded me of how he juked college LBs.

Hes going to have a rude awakening once NFL veterans start hitting him with regularity. Not to say he wont be successful, but theres too many people here getting hype about some practice runs that any RB with halfway decent speed could do.

i thought maybe if peppers dove at his legs he probably could have gotten a shoe string tackle, but either way, love the fluidity and elusiveness shown by CmC so far.

He has really good instincts knows how to find those running lanes double trouble is back!

    • Thats a weird take, we had no chance at keeping Kobe
    • "by name"?  You mean they are letting him say he is retiring or stepping down? That's even more embarrassing than being fired (he basically quit) and so transparently false that the media will kill him and this university.  If this happens, I may just turn full fledge to an SMU fan since I live in Dallas now. I'm just about sick of this university's approach to basketball and football.
