Almost as fast as Ginn with better hands.  He can become a deep threat, even if he wasn't one in college (playing RB).

I believe it was much more than that and more to do with doing what he was asked to do on the field.

Even though Ginn hasn't lost much I would wager he is no longer a 4.28 guy... at this point Samuel is probably faster.

The think about Ginn is that his speed is very noticeable on the field. You can see it. Even though a guy like Byrd is (or was) reportedly faster it doesn't look the same during the game.

Yea, I agree, but with Samuel you get that RB's wiggle and power too (albeit much less than your average RB).  I think his speed will show up during the game once he's 100%.
