I personally think RR keeps an experienced LB over a rook FB (especially if he keeps Young). Especially where there is plenty of injury history at the LB position. 

But to be fair I'm not a very good evaluator of ST play.

Mayo just didn't not look ready to take AJ's place vs the titans and they haven't run Shaq at MLB at all. So I don't see Jacobs going anywhere before we even get to special teams.

Mayo had 10 tackles in 46 snaps against the Titans. He was a beast in Luke's place. Don't remember the stats but I think he was fine against the Jags too. I don't think Jacobs gets much/any LB PT.
