He just needs to keep his feet driving when run blocking. You can see his legs stop when he makes contact and that is why he is bouncing back a bit. He needs to drive through the blocks to maintain his momentum. As he gets more comfortable he should pick this up, but you have to love his enthusiasm and willingness out there.

Me too. Mainly it's because of his obvious physical ability. The rest will come with time and he seems to be already learning it pretty fast.
