That doesn't excuse the fact that we decided to keep 2 kickers and 3 quarterbacks on the roster and waste space.

No one argued against Armah going to the practice squad. That's not the source of the outrage.

Everyone knows it's moronic to have two fugging kickers on the team, and then have three pure QBs on the roster.

That was Hurney's master plan all along. But since we don't necessarily need a FB right now, why not carry 2 kickers on the 53.

I'm pretty sure Harrison Butker will also clear waivers if/when we release him.

I disagree. We have a well-balanced roster and right now we don't need that roster spot that Gano or Butker is taking up. We will simply release Harrison Butker when we do need a roster spot and sign him to our practice squad.

I was never concerned about losing him. I am concerned about the thinking to keep two kickers and try to develop a 3rd QB at this point.
