Shula has to get fired

As a few of us guessed, it doesn't matter what you give Shula... the job won't get done. I had a Patriots fan tell me they wanted CMC, and we won't use him right. Its looking like he's right. 1999 offensive coordinator won't know how to use a player of the abilities that CMC and Samuel has

If Marty Hurney would make the decision since Ron wont, man that would be THE move of the last 5 seasons

Also, the number 1 problem with this offense is the pace and tempo. There's too many delay of games. Too many timeouts since the play doesn't come in. Coaches are stubborn and won't change their philosophy. This whole time of possession make sure the defense is fresh installed by Ron is killing our offense as the game evolves. Cam is best in a no-huddle offense. Let him make the adjustments.

This is terrible offense and it doesn't have to be this way.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
