This deserves its own thread. Gano took a lot of hate and grossly 75% of this forum wanted him gone for a rookie who never played a snap in the NFL.

No it doesn't. Do you want a cookie? Because that's what it sounds like. Nobody honestly cares that much. You seem to have taken our kicker situation to heart or you have a big crush on Gano. Which is understandable which those pretty brown eyes and sexy voice.

I love cookies. And despite my hetero nature, Gano is a good looking dude. 

 

Either way there have been much worse threads made for more insignificant topics. Y’all can get over it.

      I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

      Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
