Yeah the Vikings would murder the Falcons. Their defense is insanely good and balanced, and their offense has some of the top receivers in the NFL right now.

I actually doubt we beat the Vikings myself.

It will be the biggest test all year. The team that makes it to the Super Bowl this year will be the team with the best offense. Every playoff team sans the Rams has a legit defense.

Actually looking at there schedule Holy crap it's easy. The only two teams they really played were the Saints and LA. Falcons actually might have a chance.

Falcons play the saints twice, us again, the Vikings, and the Buccaneers twice.

I would be very surprised to see them get out of that alive.

Seahawks are garbage anyways with all their injuries, and they still gave a good fight against the Falcons. No doubt the Falcons lose a lot in arguably the toughest 6 game stretch of their schedule.

4 of the last 6 are at home. Shocker that you’d be surprised if they get out of that alive. @NO may be the the only game they will not be favored.

Both teams had injuries....Seattle hadn’t lost a MNF game since what 94? But yeah such an easy game.

Lmao Carolina will definitely be favored, as well as MIN.

Four games I doubt ATL is favored in.

How’s that supposed to mean anything?

SEA lost like 4 pro bowl level players to IR this year and most of their secondary.

Lol what? Falcons were even favored by 3 in Carolina. If the game was played this weekend the Falcons would be favored by 4-5 points. ESPN FPI has the Falcons at 60% to win that game.

What 4? I know 2 are Kam and Sherman (Julio abuses him everytime anyway). Falcons were without their pro bowl RB.

Lmao. And the Falcons lost to us, and the Panthers have a better record and beat the crap teams you lost to.

Stop with your blind homerism lmao.

Lol Panthers are literally only 1 game up. And pretty sure the Panthers lost to the Bears.

And maybe you should take your own advice on the blind homerism. If they played this weekend the Falcons would be favored at home. It’s a fact. Doesn’t mean they’d win.

Bizarre coaching abound last night. Pete Carroll’s fake FG and wasted challenge were inexcusable, and the Falcons’ determination to rush for negative yardage when the basically the Hawks’ entire secondary is out was equally odd — even the Seattle broadcasters were a little confused.

yall realize it was better for the seahawks to lose than falcons win, right?

i mean, either outcome would have benefited us. This one is good because it knocks Seattle out of the 1st seed conversation, and because it gives ATL incentive to keep playing just well enough that they may knock off the Saints for us.

Then again, none of this matters if we dont also knock off the Saints. i am so tired of the slurping sounds i hear every time New Orleans comes up. Their 8-2 record is a farce and i truly feel like any moment they are gonna come hurtling back to earth. Washington exposed them, but was terrible enough to blow the opportunity.

as for 1st seed, we really need Philly to start losing some games if we are gonna have hope of homefield throughout. im starting to place my hope in the 2nd seed at this point.

Y'all. Falcons schedule:

  • Buccanneers
  • Vikings
  • Saints
  • Buccaneers
  • Saints
  • Panthers

They ain't making this stretch out alive.

holy fug they only play one more out-of-division game. Thank God our game against them is also the last game we both play. Hopefully they are demoralized. im gonna be there lol.

I have beer and I have been victorious in battle lately. All is well. I expect you're doing well.

Dear Lightsout,
I will take the pensil to let you know we are all well.  At present hoping this will find you in the same. We too have ale and ran upon some dried beef hidden away in a stump.

I am being treated with blue mass for that which ails me but I expect to recover soon.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
