Good post OP.  Detroit is definitely still in it, considering how weak their schedule is down the stretch.  Still can't see them winning the division unless they beat the Vikings in a couple days.  Glad we got the tiebreaker over them- that could be huge.  The North could get 2 teams in, but the fact the Lions lost to us and the Falcons will make it tough.  Can't imagine Rodgers will come back this year since the Packers will be probably be out of playoffs by then.

Seahawks & Rams have tough schedules- hoping only 1 team will come out of the West.  Hard to imagine Seahawks are going to be able to overcome their injuries & offensive line issues.  Rams will probably probably drop a few more.

Philly has already pretty much wrapped up the East.  Dallas is the only other team with a realistic shot, though it's a small one and I don't see it happening.  Can't see Philly not getting 1st or 2nd seed.

Obviously us, Falcons, & Saints all have good shot at making playoffs.  Saints will have to completely implode at this point not to make it.  As long as we win the 3 games we definitely should (Jets, Bucs, & Packers), we would only need 1 more win against the Saints, Falcons, or Vikings to be guaranteed playoffs.  Could make it at 10-6 but may need 11 wins in this crazy year.  Have to beat Saints in NO to have a shot at division.  Falcons get Bucs x2 but also us, Vikings, and Saints x2.  Still not an easy path per se, but much better odds after the last 2 wins.

Heres your who to root for week 12 games.

Turkey Day -12:30 Lions over Vikings. We own tiebreaker over Lions and can gain the tiebreaker over the Vikings in 3 weeks if we keep winning.

Turkey Day - 4:30 Chargers over Cowboys. This would likely end the girls playoff hopes.

Bus over Falcons 1pm Sunday.Bucs are no real threat here and could be devastating to Falcons if they lose.

Rams over Saints.4:30 Sunday Gives us a shot at the divison. Rams also have a tough remaining schedule that could boost us to a chance at the 2 seed.

Steelers over Packers. 8:30 Sunday This would essentially kick the Packers out of contention and lessen any reason to bring Rodgers back for the game against us.

Niners over Seahawks 4:30 Sunday- Give us more breathing room in the playoff race

Bears over Eagles- 1 PM SUNDAY Moves us a step closer to a shot at the 1 seed, still unlikely due to eagles owning the tiebreaker over us.

Every other game has little consequence to our playoff hopes.

The first 2 Turkey day games have real meaning to us. After our game Sunday the Saints 4:30 game and Packers 8:30 game to a lesser extent will matter and all will be televised nationally. Plan your Thursday and Sunday accordingly.

Good post op

I wouldn't throw dirt on the cowboys or packers just yet looking at their schedules.

Assuming green bay loses to Pittsburgh this week for their 6th loss.  If they can beat Tampa at home and at cleveland, they will be 7 and 6 and they probably will bring rodgers back against us.  They would need to win out after that but with rodgers it could happen.

For Dallas, they have 4 in a row against teams with losing records.  If they win 3 of those 4, they need to beat Seattle at home and Philly could be resting starters in week 17.

The Nfc is crazy right now and the Panthers need to show up and show off every week.

Hoping the Rams are pissed off after losing to the Vikings and play like hell to keep their division lead, beat those damn Saints. With a Saints loss and a Panther Win on Sunday, that would make our Dec 3rd matchup vs the Saints a winner-takes-all contest for the NFC South.

Pretty sure that it's basically that now. If both teams win out, but Panthers beat the Saints, they win the division. Loser could obviously be caught and leapfrogged by Atlanta. Make no mistake, December 3rd is for the division.

You think you guys will beat Atlanta both games? It's hard to play a team like that twice in a few weeks and win both times. That's what happened to us in 2015
