JNo not happy could he come back?

We know he didn't want to leave in the first place. The man who got rid of him is gone. We know Wilks loved him, he was his guy built from nothing. Also we know Hurney liked him because he drafted him. If he's unhappy would the Redskins release him? Honestly I could see that happening and us jumping on it. Our young corners are getting better but to have JNo back would really take this team up a notch in the secondary. I want him back on this team. The only hickup would be money and our cap situation.

As long as he keeps asking for enough money to “put food on the table” he can stay in Washington. We don’t need to go into cap hell to get a guy who was burned multiple times when the Redskins played the team both of corners got picks from yesterday.

Not going to happen

1. Would require a trade, and Redskins aint taking a low round pick for him. Would ask for a 1st OR a 2nd+

2. $$$  dude is still one of the highest paid DBs in the NFL.  We have a little bit of cap room.  But we have Norwell, Star, Olsen, etc comtracts coming up.  If we picked up JNO's contract, we'd only be able to resign one of those other guys max, may even be hard to even to resign any of those guys.

no way we can afford his contract.  We're in cap trouble again this off season, and may not even be

able to resign Star or Norwell.  Don't even think about trying to handle Josh's contract, even though we'd all love to have him back.

He’s going to be cut this offseason.

He has a huge cap hit in Washington.

We’ve gone over this several times, I think him coming back is a no brainer

people assume he never wanted to leave? ha! that's a joke. you can make the same argument he never wanted to return, with real evidence... HE LEFT A FRANCHISE OFFER ON THE TABLE FOR TWO WEEKS WITHOUT SIGNING IT.

He also apologized for his agent and fired him then asked/begged Gman to forgive him and he'll take the offer. Gman refused and cut him out of spite. You need to do some research next time you spout bs

Just saw this, and actually they may be forced to decide on him or Cousins.  Think Cousins will be there with a long term contract next year or somewhere else.

In order to lock up Cousins, they are going to have to shed some fat contracts

Even with he's cut though, he is going to want to get paid .  And the guys on the roster come first, after thats been worked out I doubt there qill be enough $$ to feed him

    • I’ve rarely ever been more sure of anything than losing out — but how can anyone say with a straight face “Bryce hasn’t improved, but Canales has and he’s masks his flaws”. You have to be so out of touch with reality to put one way above the other when discussing those two.
    • Last night was the classic example of a visiting team just holding on through the wave of emotion a home team has at the start of a big time game. Bama’s first two kickoff returns really set them back as far as playcalling and allowed OU to dictate field position. The emotion of the home crowd fed into what OU was doing at that point, and it felt like Bama would not be able to overcome that.     Once the kickoff returner was told to fair catch every kick, the game shifted, as Bama wasn’t starting each drive inside their own 15. It was then that Bama was able to make some plays, outscoring OU 34-7 the rest of the way.  I think the last 3/4 of the game proves Bama was the better team. OU was just able to ride the initial wave of emotion to a big lead, but Bama held on just enough.  However, had OU blocked the punt on Bama’s second drive and scored a TD (vice a FG on the ensuing drive), things likely would have been different.  Anyway, Roll Tide!
