Here is a VERY pro-vegetarian scholarly article that glosses over some of the nutritional concerns of a strictly vegetarian diet if it isn't being managed for nutritional balance.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3662288/

And another one

Pretty much exactly what I have been trying to tell you. It is not difficult to get protein from a plant based diet. If it were, the very first sentence in this section would not be true.

Consider the bias of the source as well as your own bias. Take any statement prefaced with a "generally" for what it is, a very general statement. Read avlittle further. You have to include a variety of vegetarian sources to get a balanced amino acid profile. It isnt as simple as just eating vegetarian and relying on that to take care of itself. That's my point. It's not that it can't be done, but it does take more management than an omnivorous diet.

My girl is 100% vegan. I repaepct it. But the notion you cannot live a healthy lifestyle while simultaneously consuming meat is a joke. I am open to Veganism, mostly for morale reasons and the environmental impact animal agriculture causes. However I do believe you can live a healthy lifestyle while also consuming meat. Genetics plays a huge role in long term health anyways.

So what you're saying is you eat vegan....

    • What people fail to understand is Lance had a college career that lasted about as long as teenage boys first intercourse.  To say he was raw was an understatement.  So much so that even a QB whisperer had a difficult time molding him into a polished NFL product on top of multiple nagging injuries.  The dud is in his mid-twenties, finally healthy and little miles on the tread.  Low risk, high reward.  If he's available, it would be stupid not to kick the tires.  It took Darnold and Mayfield to hit their 3rd or 4th team for things to finally click.  This is Lance's 3rd stop, I believe.  It's either time for it to click for him or be relegated to a full time backup. Roll the dice....
    • Wrong.  At least we put a QB sneak in the play book and and add plays over 20 yards.
    • I don’t know if people realize that Evan’s was one of the top TE prospects in college  before having some horrible injuries. I wanna say he had two major injuries in back to back seasons which limited his play and dropped his draft stock.
