Oh I hate coming to Charlotte

I watched alot of sports shows after the game, and almost all of them weren't giving much credit to our defense. Blaming it on Rodgers not being healthy/not ready to come back.Ā

Hell we beat the Vikings the week prior and it was a similar narrative. They were basically just chalking it up as Vikes defeating themselves and being on the end of a long road streak.

In general people are picking pretty much every other team in the NFC Playoff hunt rather than us in terms of whos a favorite to go to the Super Bowl. Even the falcons are getting more love b/c they were there last year and the Cowboys get more credit as well.

The one cool thing I saw was that Kurt Warner gave Cam his award for top QB of the week in some show. That was nice, even the cohost was flipping out a bit that he gave it to Cam even though he had such a good game.

    • Nice explanation, butĀ I was just messing with you. Thought that would beĀ obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version ofĀ Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf ofĀ the teams pathway forward.
    • I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would likeĀ
    • I honestly question play calling a lot more towards the end of last season than Bryce’s play. I’m not sold on Canales as an offensive mind, I haven’t seen the advantage he gives on that side of the ball. Maybe that changes with the new coordinator so that will be something to look for. Either way I’m not falling for the same hook line sinker again this offseason. I hope we don’t settle for a qb just because of some weird attachment issues we seem to have as an organization to Bryce. I’d rather start the search for a qb again, now with a much more stable team and front office, then getting hooked for multiple years with a qb that under performs and is overpaidĀ
