I mean, if they want to incorporate a diverse, complicated, and bloated West Coast style offense, sure, let's find him.

I think the job is Norv Turner's if he wants it.  I can understand Ron's thinking if this is indeed the case.  It's a bold move and it will finally give him the style of offense he has always wanted. 

It's a tried and true philosophy, albeit it's antiquated, but it still wins games.  It's not flashy but it's effective.

The reality is that Ron's epiphany which woke him at 3 in the morning like a loud boom of thunder was the realization that now that JR is out he can finally make a play for the Jedi master himself.  Thus Shula's ass was out the door before he could finish his morning coffee.

I really hope they just interview multiple people. We have been running a EP system for about three years now so maybe someone with experience there.
