It sounds like - to me - that he will really give the new GM (hopefully Mitch) a shot before he runs for a true contender..

i doubt even Mitch can turn us into a top 4 contender in one offseason with all the sh!tty contracts we have and zero flexibility.. but we can dream..

i dont think we need this huge overhaul. i think we need some energy injected from a new coach, someone who doesnt correlate contracts with playing time and generally has new ideas that creates motivated players.
