But in reality, hes going to want way too much money and we have no chance of signing him with our minimal cap space.

Seroiusly doubt we sign him.  If Hurney has a plan in place for another WR you have to think that would in the draft.

They’re saying that they didn’t give Dez the chance to take a pay cut. Maybe he’s willing to take less to play for a contender. Doesn’t he have some money guaranteed from Dallas anyway? A $3m-$4m 1 year isn’t so far fetched

Dez has NOTHING to prove. He’s been there and done that and you know what you’re getting. 

This board and organization doesn’t quite understand what a prove it deal is. A “prove it” deal is for guys like...

College performance doesn’t determine success at the next level. For some guys (i.e Cam, Watson, etc) it is a good correlation,  but most guys are like Brady, Brees where they were not even noticed in college.
