Did anyone else want to see “more” while watching D.J Moore’s tape?

Yep, gotta factor in the QB limitations. He was playing with backups and 3rd and 4th string QBs.

You can tell if a WR has won their route regardless of where the ball is thrown.

Now if someone wanted to knock his production that’s a different story.

One of best traits is how fluid he is. Meaning, his stature and form is always on balance. This gives him an edge even in the smallest of margins, giving him the opportunity to break any tackle and make any catch. He's also a methodical and smart route runner he won't out run the zone or sacrifice the advantages of ball position in man. Add above average hands and I'm expecting great things as everyone should from the highest, or 2nd highest, WR coming out of all college football.

I would hate to be a S or OLB playing against us. The threat that Samuel or Moore will have when they get 3-6 screens a game keeps them cautious when they are in or pushing the box. But they need to get to CMC's hole before he gets too much space in a run.

Dude your just as bad as this other guy on here RunHam. Y'all need to just go pull for another team. You don't anything and I've heard a bunch of people say he reminds them of Brown and Smith. Don't get why y'all are so negative, Ridley is terrible and glad we didn't draft him. He isn't even a first rounder imo.

Don’t quote me, thanks.

I can understand being a little cautious about the pick. But if you've been clamoring for offensive help for Cam Newton for years, and you're legitimately upset about the addition of Moore, you need to seriously reassess some things.

Some solid logic there!

Because he’s listed as a WR regardless of his skill set I should be happy, got it.

Same crap was said about the Samuel pick last year, remind me how that worked out?

There is no use these morons are not going to understand anything you say.

Moore has the ceiling to be a true #1 with homerun speed, and is a better compliment to Funchess than Ridley.

Moore's ceiling is Smitty, Ridley's is more Roddy White. Both can be Pro Bowlers, but Moore can be a true game breaker.

Both are good receivers, and both probably for the mold for what their team was looking for better than the other.

Looked like it was going to work out fairly well once he saw the field, which unfortunately wasn't for long.

No because I actually pay attention. Same reason I knew we weren't going S there.....just a little bit of attention paying....well...pays off.

I don't think Saca could fug this analysis up....actually look forward to his gifs and tweets from randos.

    • I hope you understand that this Anti Bryce thing as you call it is really a pro Panthers thing. I think I can safely use we. We want the best for the Panthers.  As far as this other post saying ‘Anti’ Bryce people do misinformation.. you mean like going all in on “Renfro should have caught” that poorly thrown ball? I guess it was week 1. And calling it a drop. Comical btw.  I wonder, did you call that out or let it slide because it aligned with your agenda?
    • These are great posts with the comparisons and the numbers.   I haven’t lookyat Smity’s numbers since probably the first time he was on the ballot.  But if you watched every week you know what he is. Whatever his yardage or targets numbers were.  He was fuging dominant. I have watched since the AFL days and seen who there is to see. There are many great WRs over the years. GREAT WRs. Smitty is up there in the game of football.
    • Smith is clear cut HOF if you judge what he did by reception. Fitzgerald was a stat padder.    The most Steve Smith was ever targeted in his career was in 2005 (150 targets). The same year he wins the triple crown.    Larry Fitzgerald was targeted more than 150 times over 9 separate seasons. Not once eclipsing 1500 yards in a season.    The over glazing of Larry Fitzgerald going around is way over blown. ARZ was top 10 in passing attempts nearly his entire prime. Steve Smith and Andre Johnson had it far worse and would have surpassed his #s in the same situation.
