I'm excited but also nervous.  Hope he is loyal to the region/area and keeps the team here no matter what happens down the road.  Having an owner that isn't local or has local ties is scary to me...  and it's not just bc of some midmarket/NC insecurity, it has happened way too often with owners who purchase teams strictly as an investment endeavor in cities/regions they have no ties to.
