That was a solid press conference. Not much news there as he's being cautious but:

Staying in Carolina

Nothing much will change at first (including football stuff - Hurney/Rivera, etc)

No talk of new stadium just yet

Doesn't seem likely to want minority owners as he thinks it may cause conflicts with other ventures (mentioned MLS)

Winning, winning, and winning both on and off the field. Wants to increase charity platform. I like this guy and he has a much more engaging personality and I could still see him being a jerk if you worked for him...but I don't so I'm not too worried about that. He's currently my favorite NFL owner, so there's that.

Major impression I get from watching him here: Comes off as a super nice guy, but there's an edge underneath that engaging exterior that's sharp enough to split a hair.

Gonna be real interesting to watch him as an owner, but I'm glad I don't work for him.  He'd make me nervous as a cat.

There's a 2 month hold on checks over $2 billion from just about any bank. Everyone knows that.
