I wish him all the best recovery wise but I want him to stay out of the starting lineup and be let go before the start of 2019 season. 

This gives them the option of bringing him back in 8 weeks--benching or cutting him offer less attractive options.  Bench  him--- lose a roster spot; cut him, and he is not available in 8 weeks and the $$ is guaranteed  anyway.  

They are done with MK, I would guess.

There is no more designated to return. Anyone put on IR can return after 8 games. Teams a limited to 2guys to pull off of IR. But they have to be on the original 53 at some point.  So no Seymour or Sirles. 

Viking fans are giggling at us with 2 old Vikes on IR.

I sense that there has been some phuckery involved by putting him on IR instead of any other alternative (starting, benching, cutting etc)
