Three games in, Donte Jackson Leads the NFL In Interceptions with 3

I have to say, I think we hit a home-run with the Donte Jackson pick. While he's had a few rookie mistakes, he's had far more great plays and plenty of swag we haven't seen in our secondary...since Norman.

Anyways, he now leads the NFL in interceptions. Well, technically tied with Miami CB Xavien Howard if we want to get technical. But otherwise, he's pretty much tops in the NFL in takeaways.

not knocking our boy D-Jack, but id love to see him intercept a ball bc he jumps a route. He has been in the right place at the right time so far.

Being in the right place at the right time is actually a skill in and of itself and since most interceptions in NFL history are not routes that got jumped i'll take the nose for the ball type of player all day every day and all history and future of the NFL.

3 interceptions in 3 games.  just right place right time?  over and over?  Really? Whatever.

His speed and field vision puts him in the right place at the right time.  Jackson is legit.

doesn't change the fact that I'd like to see him jump a route.

I said no knock on him. I personally would like to sere him jump a route. Not sure where these  defensive replies are coming from.

Huhhh man your being critical but actually he's shown extremely strong play he went up and snatched the ball out the air vs a second year wr very impressive. Jumping  routes is that top level CB play atleast let the young man get completely comfortable in his role I believe he'll be there sooner then we think.

    • I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂
    • Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖
    • take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
